수냉식 에어컨을 설치하여 각 실별로 에어덕트를 설치하고 각각의 비례식 댐퍼로 각식의 온도롤 제어하도록 하였다.
에어컨의 제어는 각실의 온도조절에 의한
팬속도와 컴프레서의 속도등을 제어하는 중암제어식을 채택하였다.
